Elisha V. Fink
Elisha V. Fink joined Fink and Fink in February 2025, after 10 years as a District Court Magistrate in the 14A District Court in Washtenaw County. Before becoming a Magistrate, Elisha practiced law for 13 years, including with Mariah Fink at Fink Law in Dexter, Michigan. Elisha has presented at the Michigan District Court Magistrate Conference on the topic of setting bond. She taught Advanced Research and Writing at Thomas M. Cooley Law School as an adjunct professor. Elisha worked as an editor for the 7th edition of Black’s Law Dictionary (the letter “L”), and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. She wrote a chapter on Auto Negligence for a treatise on Tort Law and has an article profiling Justice Levin published in the Michigan Bar Journal. Elisha lives in Dexter with her husband Michael, and has 4 adult children, 2 adult step-children, and one perfect grandchild.
